Cherry Hill Programs is the legacy-leader in experiential photography, operating holiday experiences in over 900 venues across the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico during the Christmas season. Cherry Hill Programs is seeking talented, enthusiastic and dedicated staff to contribute to our Christmas Photo Set. We are currently looking for Seasonal Assistant Managers and Sales Associates to help Create a Magical Experience at the Santa Set! Cherry Hill Programs management will train each staff member and will be there to guide the Santa set team to success.

Areas of Responsibility

Local Manager (must be 18 years or older)

The Local Manager is a seasonal team leader responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the Santa photo set on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include but are not limited to financial accounting of all sales, budgets, hiring, payroll, costumes and all aspects of set operations. Local Managers must be able to perform, train and coach every role on the set. The Local Manager is responsible for motivating set employees to create a magical experience for every guest. Required to pass a Background and DMV (Department of Motor Vehicle) check.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Proven customer service skills
  • Ability to hire staff, complete staff/set evaluations
  • Ability to train/motivate team, provide instructions effectively
  • Teamwork skills: ability to build, manage, motive and lead a TEAM
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time and multi-task
  • Ability to operate camera, POS system and other equipment, as required
  • Ability to problem solve effectively
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Excel helpful
  • Basic Math skills

Local Managers will have paid training prior to start date.

Assistant Manager

Organize, Manage and Lead the Santa Set

Sales Associate

Help Create a Magical Experience at the Santa Set

  • Enthusiastic, outgoing and flexible professional attitude
  • Must be dependable
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to upsell
  • Photography background a plus
  • Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
  • Experience working with a point of sale system and/or cash register
  • Must pass a background check
